Biography

Aphmau's parents are Zack & Sylvanna. Before they could get officially married however, Sylvanna broke up with Zack after discovering he had cheated on her with another woman. Sylvanna was eventually able to win full custody over Aphmau and forbid Zack from ever seeing her again while also making sure to never mention his name in front of her.

Background

Early Life

At a young age, Aphmau, her Mother, and her Father, resided in a small neighborhood with Zianna, Garte, and their sons: Garroth, Zane, and Vylad. Aphmau often played with Zianna's children and were close friends during their youth. Garte and Zack were also good friends and coworkers with Derek, Elizabeth, and Terry. While Katelyn, Garroth, and Travis were the subject of potion experiments, Zack was willing to involve her.

Around the time that Zack began to meddle in the act of making these potions, he cheated on Sylvanna before they even got married. The two argued about this in the middle of the night, waking up Aphmau as she left her room to see what was going on. After the fight, Sylvanna told Zack to leave. Aphmau saw her father about to step out the door and asked him where he was going. Since she's too young to completely understand, Zack decided to tuck Aphmau back into bed. When she fell asleep, Zack held a potion given to him by Michael. Tearing up, he decided not to use it on Aphmau and then left soon after. When Aphmau found out about the breakup however, she was very upset about it. Aphmau and her mom ended up moving. During their years spent at their new home, Aphmau did not stay in contact with the Ro'Meave brothers, leading her memory of them to be clouded. Sylvanna also made sure that the memory of her father was gone and did everything she could to make sure they never saw each other again.

After moving, Aphmau continued to attend public school until her 8th grade year when she was home-schooled for unknown reasons. During that year she did not make many friends, but she had friends that she met online, one of them being FC.

Due to her small family not having much money, they couldn't go on vacation to places like Starlight Wonderland, Love~Love Paradise, or even afford swimming lessons. To avoid her wanting swimming lessons, Sylvanna told Aphmau "There are sharks in there, yo" when she was just a baby. This unintentionally led to Aphmau developing a phobia for swimming.

MyStreet: Phoenix Drop High

First Days Arc

On the "First Day of School!", Aphmau is nervous to enter high school as she is not only unfamiliar with the new environment, but also afraid of being alone. After some convincing from her mother, who encouraged her to attend school, Aphmau anxiously obliged. Before school began, she ran into some friendly people: Teony and Garroth, not recognizing the latter, but identifying him as "dreamy and handsome". She also bumped into some not so friendly faces including Aaron, who at the time is unidentified but revealed later on. With a new school year brought some rivalries with people like, Ivy regarding Aphmau's relationship with Garroth. In her homeroom, Aphmau meets a fellow freshman named Travis. The two easily connect and stick together to make their first day easy, calling the other their 'Not-Alone Buddy'.

At "Werewolf Class", the freshmen are brought to the gymnasium to browse the extracurricular activity the school provides. As the duo browse the clubs, Travis is excited to join Drama Club, due to his interest in theatre. The last bell of the day rings, prompting the students to attend their last class. Aphmau says goodbye to Travis and the two split up. Aphmau arrives at her last period classroom with tension in the air. She discovers two students: Aaron, a human-presenting and secretly werewolf, and Balto, a werewolf, fighting. Aphmau tries to intervene between the two, but Aaron comes at Balto from behind and throws him out the window. The werewolf instructor comes to the scene. He is thrilled by his students' already aggressive tendencies and asks the students to partner up. Aphmau is alone and finds Aaron sitting by himself at a desk in the corner of the classroom. Sitting next to Aaron, he growls at her for getting in between his fight with Balto.

As the first week went on, Ivy and her gang camped Aphmau in the girl's locker room and ended up pushing her to the floor. When Hyria arrived, Ivy and Lily tricked her into giving Aphmau detention in order to get away with what they just did. The undeserved detention was even more unbearable when Aphmau discovered that Aaron was there as well.

Ro'Meave Family Arc

Sylvanna arrives at the park with Aphmau, who is dreading to join as she expects to be babysitting some younger kids. She soon finds out that the "kids" are in fact Garroth, Zane, and Vylad, the first two later becoming Aphmau's homeroom classmates, and are later to be revealed as her childhood friends. In the episode "First Kiss," Zane is getting underneath Garroth's skin by teasing him about his love for Aphmau, leading Garroth to grow angry and storm outside. When Aphmau tries to cool him off, he reveals his feelings to Aphmau and suddenly kisses her without her permission, resulting in her first kiss.

Gene's Blackmailing Scheme Arc

Aphmau is nervous about confronting Garroth over the kiss. She is being blackmailed by Gene as he shows her pictures of the kiss. Due to Laurance's feelings, Aphmau proceeds to meet with his Shadow Knights, a.k.a. Gene's "gang", outside of allowed school grounds during school hours. At their meet-up location, Gene and his gang pester Aphmau about her name being hard to remember, furthermore nicknaming her 'Kitty'. After avoiding Garroth, Laurance, Gene, and his gang, Aphmau runs into the music room to hide. While doing so, an at the time unidentified person talks to her from the other side of the door of the practice room. While doing this, he convinces Aphmau to stand up for herself against Gene. Later in that same episode, Aaron smashes Gene's phone resulting in Gene losing the picture of Aphmau in his photo gallery with Aaron not even realizing what he was doing for Aphmau. This left Aphmau free from Gene's blackmailing.

Festival Arc

Aphmau attends a sports day at her school with friends. She is in a good mood until Aaron pesters her. The two start to compete in the activities, each winning at least one leading up to the final game. Aaron manages to win by tricking Aphmau into stopping in the middle of a relay race. Frustrated, Aphmau is starting to walk home until she hears crying from the boys' locker room. She goes inside but immediately regrets it, as Ivy and her friends lock her in a gym locker for the rest of the evening for talking to Garroth earlier that day. Aphmau grows distressed until the locker is opened by a shirtless Aaron. Flustered and embarrassed, Aphmau returns to her home in a hurry.

Later in the fall, she goes to a fall festival with Garroth to have a good time. She and Laurance go into a photo together, where Laurance reveals his feelings for her and ends up kissing her without her permission, unknowing that Aphmau had already previously shared her first kiss with Garroth. Confused on what to do, Aphmau leaves it as it is and decides not tell each other what happened. Instead, she ends up telling FC over text since she tells and trusts him with nearly everything.

Aphmau later discovers that FC is actually Aaron, the latter previously sharing great animosity with her. She becomes good friends with him after connecting the dots and reminding herself that Aaron is FC and vice versa. He helped Shu, (Aphmau's online alias/game name), pass werewolf class. Aphmau was in werewolf class because her mom thought that she might conform to being a werewolf after her dad. Aphmau did not know of this or her dad being a werewolf at this point. Later on, Aphmau and Aaron started developing romantic feelings towards each other and go to prom together, but could not be in a relationship together due to Aaron's "Family issues," as he puts it. Aphmau did not know of this. Aaron's father, Derek, did not let him have any relationships or friends because of the potential danger he could put others in by being close to them.

Whilst Aaron went to college after completing his senior year, Aphmau still had to attend high school as she was just a freshman when they first met. This resulted in the two soon losing connection with each other due to Aaron's father not allowing him have a phone or to go anywhere unsupervised. After Aphmau finished high school, she went to the same college as Aaron and helped him move away from his father, getting him a phone as she promised.

MyStreet Phoenix Drop High Season 2

During the events of season 2, she now embraced her role as the Alpha Female and even became a teacher's aide like Teony, as shown when she helped Kacey get adjusted to the school. She was then tasked with making the transfer student, Ein, feel more welcomed, but she accidentally marked him as the new Omega, which she didn't know until the two of them spent a day at the mall. She also started to feel romantic emotions for a Meif'wa named Kai, but became upset once she learned that he had a crush on Katelyn. However, Ein was able to cheer her up.

As time went on, it became more difficult for her to run her pack, and she was told that there needed to be an Alpha Male. Deciding to abandon the old way of choosing an Alpha, she instead hosted auditions as well as the werewolf games. When she still couldn't decide however, Aaron, after seeing Ein hug her, told Gavin to make Ein the new Alpha Male.

After Ein was made Alpha however, he started to do horrible things behind her back, such as making Daniel the new Omega and sabotaging her date with Kai. He eventually started a rumor of them dating, which got her grounded by her mother. That same night, Aaron informed her of Daniel being the Omega. She confronted Ein on both subjects, but he yelled at her and pushed Kacey aside for standing up for her. Eventually, Ein was able to influence extreme violence and even racism to the pack, resulting in Aphmau's influence being pushed aside, as shown when Jax and Ryder stole her phone and gave it to Ein. Katelyn scolding her for what happened to Kacey is then what caused her to start denying the rumors. And once she learned that Ein was making the werewolf situation even worse, she unsuccessfully tried to convince Principal Layla to remove his title.

Once she learned that Ein had her phone, she confronted him again. When he lied about having it and once again told her to not tell him how to be Alpha, she challenged her to the werewolf games. If she won, Ein would be removed from his position as Alpha, but if he won, she would be forced to actually be his girlfriend and grant him control over everything. She was relieved when Ein wasn't showing up to the games and was going to get disqualified, only to learn that Jax and Ryder were also partaking and planned to continue Ein's influence. Despite the two goons sabotaging both her and Blaze, Blaze was able to win and become the new Alpha Male. When Ein was tossed out a window and Daniel landed on top of him however, the werewolves wanted Blaze and Daniel to fight, which gave her stress until Blaze willingly gave his title away to Daniel while encouraging peace.

When Gavin told her that her phone was on her old desk, she knew exactly who got it back for her and managed to catch Aaron before he left. After he saw shady men exit a car, he grabbed Aphmau and brought him to her house. Once there, she figured out on her own that Aaron was the one who fought Ein and got her phone back. She also begged to be in a relationship with him, not wanting to wait any longer, but Aaron was able to convince her to wait. They then had to leave through her window however when Sylvanna came home early and caught them kissing.

Falcon Claw University

Aphmau was given less focus during FCU, with more focus being put on Aaron. She had a hard time at the university due to Cathy sending her threat letters and spreading disgusting rumors about her just to keep her away from Aaron. She also was the one to help give Aaron the strength to break up with Jenny and walk away from his father. Two years later, she entered Aaron's new apartment to give him a new phone as well as the things from his dorm room that Rowan was able to save.

The Big Move

The Big Move is a five-episode mini-series giving a portion of the series' lore and also leading up to the first episode of MyStreet. It also helps us understand Kawaii~Chan's obsession with Aarmau and the formation of Aphmau's roommates. Meanwhile, Garroth and Laurance are trying to get the address out of her to make sure that Aaron doesn't steal her from them.

MyStreet (S1)

Moving In Arc

Aphmau and her roommates, Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan, move into their new home, "67 Cypress Street". They try to adjust and make things feel like home. Later, Aphmau goes with Kawaii~Chan to greet their new neighbors, discovering that Brendan lives in the neighboring house to their left. Brendan faints after seeing Kawaii~Chan, not expecting to meet her. After that, the two go to see who is moving in the house across the road from theirs. Aphmau is surprised and shocked that Laurance, Garroth, and Dante have 'coincidentally' moved into the house across from them.

Kawaii~Chan decides to go back into the house, telling them to not come inside, especially Aphmau. Aphmau soon goes inside after talking to the boys and tries to find Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan, as they've seemed to have gone missing. She enters the basement to see a "shrine" of Kawaii~Chan's OTP (One True Pairing): Aarmau (Aaron and Aphmau), which was created by Kawaii~Chan. Aphmau freaks out after seeing it. During the evening, Aphmau can't seem to fall sleep after seeing Kawaii~Chan's shrine. Worried, Katelyn asks if she wants a bedtime story. She ends up only making it worse by making Aphmau the princess and making Aaron the knight.

Frozen Fun Arc

As the cold weather comes into MyStreet, Aphmau and her friends prepare for fun, cozy, and friend-filled times for the holidays! Katelyn and Aphmau bond over the snow and eventually have a snow fight with the guys across the street. Kawaii~Chan is troubled over getting Reese~Senpai a holiday present. She asks Aphmau for help, with the promise to reveal her feelings for Reese~Senpai at the end of one month.

Holiday Hijinks Arc

As the holidays roll right around the corner, Aphmau needs to spread some Cat-mas cheer! With the "help" of Randy, the Crazy Cat Lady's magical cat, Aphmau gets transformed into an adorable black, white, and purple-patterned cat and makes her spread Cat-mas cheer. At first thought, she goes to the guys' house, only to be bathed and named "Sprinkles" affectionately by Garroth. Aphmau still ends up spreading Cat-mas cheer to Zane and ruining his holidays even more.

Decorating for the holidays and even getting into competition, Aphmau still feels like her home is lacking something: a Christmas Tree! She, Garroth, Laurance, Dante, Kawaii~Chan. and Katelyn all argue for the perfect tree, but end up decorating another tree together.

Aphmau then hosts a Holiday party. The guys wanted something special for the holidays: a kiss under the mistletoe. With one giant trip, the mistletoe gets knocked over. Aphmau, being as short as she is, decides that she can put the mistletoe back up, but ends up failing, Aaron comes over and grabs the mistletoe for Aphmau, seeing her struggles, putting it back up for her. After he does so, they both stand under the mistletoe together. Aphmau, not noticing so, dismisses their interaction by telling Aaron to enjoy the party and walks away from under the mistletoe, leaving Aaron standing there.

Zane, still a little bit grouchy from missing out on the holiday fun, devises a plan to take Christmas away from everyone. Aphmau finds Zane and his heart, which is 'three sizes too small'. She then teaches him the true meaning of Christmas, his heart growing big and not so teeny. From that point on, Zane became Aphmau's best friend.

New Years Arc

Garroth, Laurance and, Dante are planning a New Years Party ("A New Years Kiss"). While trying to invite Aaron to the party, they find out that Aphmau was there and end up 'assuming' again. During the party, Aphmau sees Emmalyn. Emmalyn explains to Aphmau that she wants to kiss Kenmur at midnight. Later, Kenmur says to Garroth that he wants to kiss Emmalyn. While Garroth is trying to help Kenmur and Aphmau trying to help Emmalyn, Garroth and Aphmau are going into a fight, which leads to Aphmau lying to Garroth saying that she saw better feathers at Aaron's house, which led Laurance to say "OH NO SHE DIDN'T!", ending the episode.

Neighborhood Play Arc

In "The Neighborhood Play", Jeffory encourages Katelyn to produce a play to push her on pursuing theatre. After he leaves, Aphmau informs Katelyn on an upcoming play. She then asks Katelyn if she'd like to direct the play, which she enthusiastically accepted. Later on, Aphmau and Zane are seen at the Community Center, spreading the news of the auditions. At the auditorium, Katelyn is saddened of the lack of auditions to the point of almost cancellation. Desperate, Aphmau loudly accepts to play as Juliet. Aaron enters from behind and agrees to play as Romeo, causing the guys to quickly audition for Romeo. With new actors available, Katelyn extends the date of the auditions.

In "The Auditions", Aphmau is seen crying in her bedroom from the previous events. She is seen later at auditions where she is partnered with another "Romeo" to see which guy receives the most applause. At the end, Aaron auditions and gets the part of Romeo. All he had to do was take off his bandanna and hood and fangirls screamed for him. While rehearsing, Aphmau questions Aaron about why he wears the bandanna on his head. She continues by saying that she missed looking at his eyes. This lead to Aaron deciding to not hide his eyes anymore.

In "The Kiss", Lucinda gives Laurance a switching potion so he can steal the kiss from Aphmau. Meanwhile, Jeffory congratulates her on successfully publishing the play and turning Katelyn's dream to reality. The play begins. During the intermission, Aaron goes missing, thus making Garroth, the understudy to take in the part. With the final act resuming, Laurance's plan goes into motion but is incorrectly executed, thanks to a well-timed shove from Kawaii~Chan. Instead, Laurance and Garroth kiss, while Aphmau watches from afar. At the end of the night, Aaron and Aphmau stay behind to talk about the infamous kiss that occurred. Aphmau continues to talk, Aaron becomes silent and pulls her in for a kiss.

Aftermath Arc

Aphmau talks with Zane and tells him about the kiss. Zane freaks out and goes with a sword to Aaron's house to force him to date Aphmau "because it's convenient". While she is trying to stop him, Lucinda throws a sleeping potion on Zane trying to "save" Aphmau. She explains everything, which leads to them doing some "catching up." While Lucinda starts to talk about Aaron, Aphmau starts to get a little nervous and Lucinda assumes that something happened between them. Kawaii~Chan is going to see who the new neighbor is and thinks that Aphmau moved out of the house. While Aphmau is trying to calm Kawaii~Chan, Lucinda comes in and the two are having a fight about their past. Lucinda is about to throw a potion at Kawaii~Chan when Zane wakes up. Kawaii~Chan dodges and Zane turns into a cat.

Valentine's Day Arc

In "Secret Lovers", Travis is trying to find out what happened in the episode before, "Mr & Mrs. Travis". He saw something happening between Aaron and Aphmau. While doing that he tells her he "convinced" Katelyn to go on a date with him, (He just begged her) he tries to pull her and Aaron into a double date. While doing that, he texts Aaron in the name of Aphmau and she faints when he answers. When she wakes up, Travis is "getting Aaron and Aphmau" together and Garroth and Laurance get mad. When he tries to explain to them why he forgets that they want to take things slow and keep it to themselves. He then lies to them, and they end up coming along with Cadenza and Lucinda.

In "DATE BEGINS!", Zane was informed about going on a date and didn't like it. He decides that he also wants to go and ends up going with Michi (Who he doesn't like) This is also when Aaron started to get flirty with Aphmau.

In "Valentine's Disaster", everyone comes to the arcade for the "date." After talking a bit, all the girls except for Aphmau are going to the bathroom. While in there Michi takes one of Lucinda's potions, to fool Aaron to be Aphmau. It ends up working and Aaron is fooled by Michi. Just as Aaron is about to kiss her the real Aphmau comes in, at the same time the potion on Michi wore off. Convenient timing. Aphmau is heartbroken and furious and asks Aaron what was going on. Aaron, flustered, and angry, doesn't say anything. Michi lies and says that Aaron was is love with her now and that he doesn't need Aphmau anymore. Aphmau is heartbroken and almost starts crying. Garroth and Laurance, even though they still like Aphmau, feel bad for Aphmau and Aaron and fixed things telling Aphmau what Michi did. (Cue Zane!) He comes in furious with Michi and screams at her and tells her to leave. Michi insults Zane and then leaves. After that, Aaron walks Aphmau to her house, and they kiss. Well, almost. Zane comes out of Aphmau, Kawaii~chan, and Katelyn's house as her "father" and yells at her. From there, Aphmau plays along into what becomes a hilarious "Father vs Daughter" type of scene.

Ro'Meave Brothers Arc

In this episode, Zane and Aphmau are having a pony-tea-party when someone knocks on the door. When Aphmau answers the door, she finds Vylad and Zane. The former asks if he can stay with her until he gets himself an apartment. Aphmau agrees, but then Garroth comes. After a bit of running around checking on the 3 brothers, Vylad gets caught by Zane, and then by Garroth, who tries to force Zane to hug Vylad.

A-Con Arc

In "Her Best Friends", she hangs out with Aaron and Zane, who is currently having a rivalry. She stays out of their best friend competition and returns to inform the group on an upcoming anime convention, A-Con. Excited by the news, she invites her group of friends to attend.

In "A-Con 2016", she is joined by Aaron, Kawaii~Chan, and Zane at the main center. After learning that her bags being misplaced, Aphmau returns to their suite. Still upset about her lost cosplays, Lucinda and the guys arrive in the scene to fix the issue. Lucinda waves her scepter to conjure up costumes for Aphmau. Finally, she is left with a black hooded costume resembling Aaron from Minecraft Diaries. With Lucinda left with little magical power, they agree to try again later, and Aphmau asks her friends to join her in playing video games.

In "Cosplay and Chaos!", Aphmau is dressed up as Asuna from Sword Art Online. During the first day of A-Con, she is between an Aaron and Zane rivalry. The two clashes with the use of their weapons, but in the midst of it all, a love triangle erupts between Katelyn, Travis, and Lucinda. Lucinda kisses Travis and teases Katelyn about it. Katelyn, angry at Lucinda, yells at her and grabs Travis and plants a kiss on him, leaving the group speechless.

In "Aaron and Aphmau", the last day of A-Con comes to a close as the group finishes up their convention fun. Aphmau is pulled by Aaron, who confesses his feelings for her. Bright red, Aphmau is worried that there are too many obstacles that are blocking their path, especially Zane. Zane surprises the couple and approves of their relationship. The two then share one more kiss. Aaron and Aphmau tell the news to everyone, which they all support.

MyStreet (S2)

Beginning of Summer Arc

Aphmau and her friends are at the guy's house when Aaron and Dante's break open the door saying that they got tickets to go to the legendary Love~Love Paradise to spend the summer there. Katelyn, in disbelief, asks them how they got the tickets. Aaron and Dante stare at each other for a minute in silence. Dante says it isn't important. Aaron explains that the plane will leave in an hour and they have to go. They all hurry out the door and make it onto the plane. On the plane, Katelyn is relaxing and feels like something is missing. It then hits her. The group forgot Travis. Cut scene to the house, you can see Travis coming up the stairs and saying that be brought a game from downstairs. He then sees that everyone is gone and says to himself that his wish was granted and he made every guy disappear. He then proceeds to look for Katelyn.

In "Beach Puppy", Aphmau goes to the beach with her friends. They all go swimming apart from Aphmau and Zane. Here it's learned that Aphmau can't swim because her mom taught her that the ocean was a dangerous place, her exact words being, "There are sharks in there yo!" and because she didn't have the money for swimming lessons. Later in the episode, Celestia swims to the beach. It turns out that Aphmau forgot her and that she had come all the way there. When Aphmau is about to cuddle her when Celestia runs to Aaron.

In "Blast From The Past!", Aphmau meets Teony again. They both catch up and Teony tells her about a friend that she made in college. That friend turns out to be Ivy...Ivy apologizes for being so mean in high school. Aphmau decides to accept Ivy's apology, but keep a close eye on her. In the following episode, Aphmau and Ivy both participate in a sandcastle building contest. However, there is a huge storm that ruins all of the castles. Ivy goes out in the middle of the night to rebuild Aphmau's. When Aphmau finds her and sees what she is doing the team and hopes to win. Aphmau also realizes that she misjudged Ivy and they become friends. The next day they are shocked to realize that they didn't win, but some kids who built a pony did.

In “Travis In Paradise”, Travis arrives at Love~Love because Garroth’s explosive feathers blew up the boys' house. The reason for the feathers exploding was because Travis was stalking Garroths computers while he was away, forgetting that he put cookies in the oven. He only remembers when Brandon reminds him of them.

When they leave the island on a cruise, Aphmau agrees to move in with Aaron, but those plans are delayed when Mayor Chad detonates their entire neighborhood (and Zane's house on accident) as soon as they get back, believing it to be abandoned. On the bright side however, Travis doesn't have to confess that the boys' house was already destroyed beforehand. Chad promises to replace everything that was destroyed, but eventually forgets about it, leaving everyone on their own. Thankfully, Zianna manages to find a newly opened neighborhood for them all to live in.

Lover’s Lane (S3)

New Street Arc

The first episode of MyStreet: Lover's Lane shows the main protagonists standing at the end of a street walking with Zianna. As the viewer is looking at the houses, you can hear Aphmau say that the houses are beautiful, and Garroth asks if all the houses are theirs. It cuts back to the protagonists Zianna explains to everyone that they have the houses for the picking. They'll still have paperwork to sign and have to pay for it but they can pick any house they want. They all decide who to live with (Aphmau and Aaron, Laurance and Garroth, Kawaii~Chan and Katelyn, Dante and Travis, and Lucinda and Zane decide to live alone) Since Dante, Travis, Garroth, and Laurance thought that since they were too cramped with four room-mates at the old house they will just live next to each other. It then cuts to everyone picking their houses. Aphmau and Aaron settle on a house that they like and coincidentally they live next to Kawaii~chan and Katelyn who have a great view of Aphmau and Aaron's room. Laurance and Garroth are in the house they settled on. Zane then comes up to Garroth all grumpy and Zane mutters that since Zane doesn't have enough money they have to live together. Garroth is happy that Zane asked for his help but Laurance asks why he can't just live with Aphmau. Zane says that she was living with Aaron and doesn't want to be rude.

Katelyn cheats on Travis Arc (Incomplete)

In the third episode of lover's lane, you can see Travis and Dante in the living room. Travis is hungry and tells Dante they need to go food shopping because he is tired of eating out. Dante doesn't see what's wrong with eating out all the time but he goes to the grocery store with Travis anyway. They get to the store and hear Kawaii~Chan and Katelyn's voice. Dante and Travis decide to spy on them and find out that Katelyn already has a new boyfriend.

Emerald Secret (S4)

Emerald Secret Arc

The first episode of "The Emerald Secret" features Lucinda, Garroth and Kim. (Who was re-introduced into the series in the side story "Mall Day" and became Laurance's "girlfriend" in between season three and four of MyStreet after her one appearance in phoenix drop high when she asks Garroth if she'll ever have a chance with Laurence.) This episode is set through Aaron's point of view, since Aphmau isn't there to see through hers. Lucinda had realized that she had forgotten her potion bag, and there is a cut seen where Eli, (Aphmau & Aaron's cat) is playing with the potions and runs off with them. They attempt to get inside the hotel, but soon realize that the doors are in fact locked. Kim, being some-what scared of the hotel, tells the group that she's going to try and find the power source and see if it is outside while the other three decide to go inside.

Aphmau eventually arrives at the lodge with Zane, but when an old enemy takes control of him and Lucinda, she is put under their control as well. This was later revealed to be Ein, who has brainwashed Aphmau into being his fiancée and believing that they've been dating ever since high school. Once Aaron arrives, Ein exposes him as the Ultima and tells him to turn Aphmau into a werewolf. When he refuses, Ein decides to use another Forever Potion on Aphmau, making her hate Aaron forever. Ein then gives her a knife and tells her to kill Aaron. Aphmau embraces her new hatred by saying horrible things to Aaron as she has him back away to the edge of a cliff. She then stabs him in the heart and pushes him off the cliff to his death.

Once Ein sees that Aaron survived however, he gives her a black eye. He then grabs her and flees upon seeing Aaron on top of the cliff challenging him. He eventually catches up to him and Ein tells Aphmau to kill him again. However, once Aaron sees her black eye, he lividly roars and goes after Ein. He friends then find and restrain her in order to give her the antidote. However, it doesn't work due to her having two potion effects. With time running out before they become permanent, Aaron tells his friends to let her come to him. She angrily cuts his already weak body before he embraces her in a hug. She suddenly starts remembering her past with Aaron, which cancels out the potion effects. Having always been aware of her actions but unable to stop them, she asks herself in horror what she'd done before Aaron collapses. She desperately tries to get Aaron to wake up as Lucinda uses a spell to make sure he doesn't bleed out.

Back at the lodge, she is put in a separate room from Aaron as Sylvanna and Eric visit her. She tells them what happened along with the guilt she now bears. She even finally gets her mom to realize that Ein lied about them dating all those years ago. And once she says that she can't see Aaron, Sylvanna drags her daughter into Aaron's room. Aphmau tries to convince her mom that Aaron needs to be alone, with her voice calming Aaron and reverting his Ultima eyes to normal. Upon the realization, Derek asks for everyone but Aphmau to leave the room. He confesses to her that he's been trying to keep Aaron safe by isolating him from everyone, especially her. But upon seeing that she has been keeping him calm this whole time, he regrets his past actions, now realizing that he only made things worse for Aaron. He also admits that Aaron only took the job because he wanted to make her dream of going to Starlight Wonderland come true. He then asks Aphmau how much Aaron means to her. Upon hearing her response, he promises that the two of them will reunite at Starlight Wonderland exactly one year from now.

In Emerald Secret: The Finale, there is a flashback at the end of it. It shows a young Travis, Zane, Garroth, Vylad, and Aaron. It also includes their fathers, Garte, Derek, Terrence (Terry), and the first instance of Aphmau's father, Zack.

Aphmau's Year (Between S4 and S5)

After Emerald Secret came Aphmau's Year when she had to wait to see Aaron again. Aphmau asked Lucinda if she could Learn healing magic that even Lucinda didn't know a lot about. Aphmau learned right before she went to starlight not knowing that it actually worked. When she heals Aaron's scars in Season 5 she is very happy because she didn't think it would work, but gets injured in the process. During Aphmau's Year, Sylvanna helped Aphmau try to stay happy while she was away from Aaron, and then finally learned to accept who he is, but not just because he is a werewolf.

Starlight (S5)

At the first episode, she reunites with Aaron. Her father, Zack, works as a therapist at Starlight and helped Aaron through his final days of physical therapy. Derek said that Zack was originally trapped in a prison realm, but he broke free from the realm along with two other mysterious people named Michael and Elizabeth, the latter also known as Katelyn's mother.

While she and Aaron were alone in the mansion, Aphmau asks Aaron to turn her into a werewolf. After a lot of thought, he bites her in the neck, which is immediately followed by Aphmau screaming in immense pain. The pain slowly fades over time, but it is still unbearable and makes her ill.

Once the pain goes away, Aaron takes her to a private area where he proposes to her.

In the Finale of Starlight, Sylvanna reveals to Aphmau that Zack's race was a werewolf, even though Aphmau didn't inherit this, so that's why Sylvanna signed Aphmau up to werewolf class all those years ago. Between episode 34 and 35 Aaron sees Ein walking with someone else and makes Aaron mad. Garroth runs to try to stop him. While Garroth is being turned, Aphmau runs infront of him to stop him and Derek now knows aphmau is a werewolf.

When Angels Fall (S6)

When Angels Fall

In When Angels Fall, Aphmau is living in a hotel with Zane, Kawaii~chan, Aaron, Derek, Rachel, Melissa, Kim, Lucinda, Garroth, Agent R, Zianna, and Garte. They had to move there because they were hiding from the Guardian Forces after they attacked them at the beach resort. Aphmau is sent out to retrieve supplies for the group.

When the GF finds them, Aphmau and Zane jump off a balcony in order to hide. They end up hiding in a kids room. When they escape, they find themselves being chased by Toby (Captain of the Guardian Forces). This is the part where Aphmau shows her ears and tail, with Toby saying "He turned her?". When they are safe, Aphmau and Zane go to the werewolf refugees' hideout right after Aaron and Kawaii~Chan went in there. Aphmau sees Dottie. Dottie lies because Ein splashed her with a forever potion and says that Aaron is seriously injured and she needs to go inside. Daniel appears and says that he will take Aphmau there. Daniel tells Aphmau that it is a trick and Ein is waiting inside for her.

When Ein learns that Aphmau is there, she is splashed by a forever potion by Blaze. Aphmau walks to Ein with her head down and she looks up and stabs Ein and she says "I hope I got your heart." When Daniel arrives where Aaron is he says that Aphmau is in trouble. When Aaron gets there, Ein blackmails Aaron into turning him back into a werewolf in exchange for Aphmau, but instantly hold back his end of the deal upon being turned. Aphmau manages to get out of Ein's arms, but not long after, he fatally shoots through Aphmau's heart with magic he obtained from the forever potions that were used on him. She is brought to the mansion where she begs Aaron to not let her die before taking her final breath. Her death causes Aaron to go on a rampage, with Michael making sure that there were as many deaths as possible before having him detained.

When she's stuck in limbo, she is given a pep talk from Blaze and her Minecraft Diaries counterpart, with the latter giving her Renee's gift, allowing Aphmau to return to the world of the living. Once revived, she learns from Terry that Michael is the Demon Warlock. After heading to the Celestial Cannon and saving Aaron from the Void, Zane, Lucinda, and Aaron choose to become relics for Aphmau to wield in order to defeat Michael, who had already reaped the souls of everyone below the now airborne weapon. However, Michael gains the upper hand and takes control over all of them but Aaron. Aaron manages to break Aphmau free from Michael's control and continues the fight for her and defeats Michael. When Emmalyn teleports them out of the Celestial Cannon before it crashes into the ocean, Aphmau is alone with Aaron and Aaron has retrograde amnesia and his eyes became clouded, blinding him. Aphmau learned that Melissa was still alive when she brought Aaron to her in the GF medical facility. Melissa hoped to try and make Aaron remember Aphmau, but Aphmau told Melissa that this isn't something love can fix. When everyone left Starlight, Aaron claimed to remember Shu, to which Melissa told him that she'll try to have him meet her. It is implied later on that Aphmau will become her Minecraft Diaries' successor by taking the role of Irene.

Minigames (Mostly Non-Canon)

After her encounter with Katelyn, the two have bonded over anime and are good friends. Katelyn is close enough to Aphmau to revealed that she was dating Jeffory, an upperclassman. Aphmau found this out anyway in PDH.

Off-screen, Aphmau and Katelyn are implied to have bonded over anime and became close friends.

She seems aware of the fourth wall when playing minigames and tends to break it whether it be on accident or when she has the chance.

Appearance

In General: Aphmau has long, waist-length wavy black hair, a tan complexion, and bright amber eyes.

Casual: Up until episode 3, she is seen wearing a long-sleeved galaxy shirt and black shorts.

Winter: During the winter-themed episodes she wears a purple and white sweater, gray pants, and the same shade of purple boots.

Love~Love Paradise: Aphmau wears a one-strapped, sparkly, purple swimsuit in a unique shape which Zane describes to be 'revealing'. Her hair is also slightly shorter.

Neighborhood Play: For the play, Romeo and Juliet, she wore a red dress, black flats and had a matching red bow in her hair.

Maid Café: In the Maid Café, she wears a lavender and white maid outfit.

Cat Form: When Randy cursed Aphmau into a cat, her appearance was of a domesticated cat with black and purple fur and white underside (during which she was fondly named 'Sprinkles' by Garroth, who proceeded to obsess over her even after finding out Aphmau was Sprinkles). Her new cat form is much pudgier, with white fur and light and dark purple spots.

Pajamas: In her sleepwear, she wears a pink shirt with a shape that resembles a heart, pink bottoms and her hair has a purple and magenta streak which resembles Twilight Sparkle from the show My Little Pony (or in this case My Little Horsies).

Formal: During her date with Aaron, she wore a lavender-colored dress with purple boots.

A-Con Day 1: Aphmau is cosplaying as Asuna Yuuki from the anime Sword Art Online. After losing her first costume on the way to the con.

A-Con Day 2: She is cosplaying as Mabel from Gravity Falls.

Male: As Adrian, he has short black hair and caramel eyes. He wears a dark purple sweater and underneath is a vibrant purple shirt. His pants are dark brown with sneakers.

Lover's Lane: Aphmau had new clothing during that season. She wears a lavender bow, a white top with a black tank top and wore a black skirt and high tops.

Emerald Secret: Aphmau wears a pink sweater, a blue scarf, black pants, and boots. She still keeps the bow on her hair.

Emerald Secret 2: When she was under Ein's control, she changed to a blue outfit similar to her Dreams of Estorra counterpart. She wore a blue tube top with blue arm warmers, a blue skirt with layers of frills, blue tights and white boots with blue ties. Her hair is in a braided half ponytail. She would have her knife hiding in a pocket that was given by Ein a second time after Aaron attempted to save her. When she first appears in that outfit, her eyes are noticeably sharper than the usual eyes, a common trait in hero-turned-villain. This is due to her undying hatred towards Aaron under the potion.

Aphmau's Year: Aphmau wears a black shirt that shows her shoulders and black shorts and black cat-shaped knee socks. She wears brown loafers and has Aaron's sweater around her waist and his bandanna is still on her right arm.

Aphmau's Year 2: Aphmau wore the bandanna Derek gives her (Aaron's old bandanna) as a headband over her head after she loses the dark circles. She wears a black crop tank top and black shorts and wears Aaron's sweater.

Starlight: Aphmau wears a red crop top and a red skirt with sandals. She has Aaron's bandanna as a headband. In newer episodes (mostly after "Aaron's Choice") she may sometimes be wearing a purple Starlight shirt, which is supposed to be matching Aaron's red one (if/when he wears it). She is also halfway through transforming into a werewolf. She has half of her ears and tail. She wore a purple hat, with the ears poking through the hat during her transformation.

Starlight 2: First shown in a minigame before in a later episode, Aphmau returns to her usual purple attire. She wears a checkered cardigan with a purple crop tank top. She has white shorts and purple and white flip-flops.

Werewolf: If she is turned into a werewolf by the potion, her ears and tail are pale purples. In her pure werewolf form, her ears and tail are black, and the tips come out white. The tips were eventually dyed purple at Aaron's suggestion. During the transformation, her ears are stubby, and her tail is curled. During the time when Aphmau and Aaron had to hide Aphmau's identity as a werewolf, she hid her ears and tail with clothing. In doing so, she wears a purple hat and tucks her tail inside her clothes. Her ears made a dent in the hat and her tail made her butt look bigger. Eventually, she learns to hide her ears and tail on command. She also has greater strength, agility, smell, and hearing in her werewolf form, her increased strength seen when she punches Toby with extreme strength and force (6x6). Her increased agility is shown when she jumps across a water stream while carrying Zane (6x6).

When Angels Fall: Aphmau wears a hoodie with different shades of purple, fading from dark to light from the bottom of the hoodie to the top, along with some white shorts. She also wears purple sandals. As of S6 Ep.11, Aphmau is alive in her normal attire but has a band-aid patched-up hole in her chest back from when Ein initially killed her with his acquired knowledge of magic from Michael in S6 Ep.8.2.

By S6 Ep.11, Aphmau is wearing bandages over her chest area with a piece of GF armor, namely chest plate, on top of it. This is to protect the wound that was caused by Ein and sealed by Lucinda. She also wears Aaron's Lycan hoodie and some black jean shorts. along with white-laced black sneakers with white soles.

During her angel form, after absorbing Lucinda, Zane, and Aaron as relics, her eyes glowed white and she had angel-like wings. She kept her attire from before transforming as stated above.

Personality

Aphmau is very kind, sweet, and energetic. She can be lazy, though. While’s she's always cheerful and thrill-seeking, Aphmau also has a sarcastic tone. Although Aphmau can be quite timid in certain situations, she appears confident in others. She is also very passionate about the things she loves. Aphmau is very caring and compassionate, and almost always tries her best to do the right thing. However, all of this sometimes makes her look immature to others, as shown with Kai. Aphmau is also shown to have a desperate need to please others, and is even shown to be obsessive and jealous, something she hated about herself. Nevertheless, Aphmau is still innocent and hopeful no matter what happens. She is somewhat stupid, but she tries her best!

In the climax of Emerald Secret, when Ein splashed a forever potion on her, she becomes a cold, cruel and heartless person, who does not hesitate when Aaron pleads her to stop threatening him. She worships Ein as her lover and nothing else and coldly mocks Aaron for being alone in high school and completely shrugged off Aaron's plead when he begged her to stop, saying that he will always love her, instead demanding that she wants him to die before plunging the knife. Aphmau was also very satisfied when she killed him when she and Ein checked on Aaron's body to check if she fulfilled his request, calling Aaron "that fool", and also tearfully apologized when she failed to kill him after Ein slapped her. Ein commented that Aphmau will keep loving him no matter how many times he hits her. When she tried to kill Aaron a second time, instead of her cold-hearted hatred, she screams out her intense hatred and rage as she starts to show signs of breaking free from Ein's control after being restrained.

After the events of MyStreet: Emerald Secret, her personality changed from a cheery person to a more heartbroken and tragic character, due to the amount of guilt and regret she had done, with some saying that the amount of grief is a lot greater than that of her Diaries counterpart from Season 2. As a way to cope with Aaron's comatose state, she has used his bandanna to blind herself and wore his jacket to comfort herself. The change in personality is shown greatly in her clothing; her colorful and bright wardrobe changed to simple black and red colors to reflect Aaron's colors to think of him.

In the first few months of her year without Aaron, Aphmau would have dark circles around her eyes from lack of sleep and any mentioning of Aaron will make her start crying. She would then write several letters filled with regret messages and how he was doing, saying she was sorry for what she had done after finding out he woke up.

Possibly according to Lucinda, after the events at the lodge, Aphmau, along with Aaron, now suffers from PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), a mental disorder where symptoms involve depression, insomnia, nightmares, flashbacks, etc. due to a traumatic event. Even at Starlight, when she managed to reunite with Aaron after their year apart and acted all cheerful afterward, every time they remember a flashback from the lodge incident, they immediately start crying due to the horrible things Ein had, or as they refer to him as simply "he" or "him", since saying Ein's name might cause more pain. On the beach, while hopelessly trying to search for Aaron, Aphmau started to have self-loathing thoughts. She'd rather die painlessly back at the lodge than be saved and suffer an eternal burden and doesn't think she deserves to go to Starlight after being forced to see the pain, agony, and despair Aaron had to go through and feel no regret while brainwashed. Sylvanna even mentions that Aphmau get nightmares when she asked her during the first episode of her year.

Lucinda also mentions about wanting to use firework creating potions for the welcome party but changed her mind, not wanting to induce Aphmau's Post-traumatic tendencies with the sight of a potion bottle.

A year later, Aphmau had started to become more thoughtful and serious like her Diaries counterpart along with her cheerful self as she tries to cope with Aaron's werewolf life and how to tell his secret to the other people, like Katelyn and Travis. She may get depressed over time as she fears that a werewolf and human relationship is like being Juliet to her Romeo; Aphmau worries that the two are star-crossed lovers and are ill-fated to never be together and have the same love chemistry. She also fears that, after becoming a werewolf, the two will still be apart due to Aaron's status and her family history intertwining with an impending, tragic fate, nevertheless, she will still be his lover.

Interests

Aphmau has a passion for art and likes to sketch and draw, an interest she has had from a young age. She often sketches her close friends and her boyfriend, Aaron, as well as practicing anime art styles.

She is also a big fan of anime and manga, with some of her apparent favorites being Fairy Tail, Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online and Sailor Moon, as well as being a fan of cartoons in general, including the American animated TV shows Steven Universe, Gravity Falls and animated movies like Frozen.

Aphmau, along with Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan, also appears to be interested in cosplay and it has been implied that they have been attending conventions as a trio for several years and during A-Con 2016, she is seen cosplaying as the character Asuna from Sword Art Online and the character Mabel from Gravity Falls.

Aphmau likes the mobile game Neko Atsume, a cat collecting game. She also plays a dating sim.

She likes to watch YouTube videos on her phone, at one point even watching videos for 72 hours straight only to be stopped by Wolf Plush. She also had a thing for PPAP.

Unlike Jess, Aphmau is also fluent in Spanish, as shown in Phoenix Drop High, as is her mother, Sylvanna.

After the tragedy at the lodge, she now wants to learn more about werewolves so that she can understand Aaron and learn magic so she can be more helpful to Aaron and her friends whenever another tragedy occurs like in Emerald Secrets.

Also, after what happened at the lodge (Emerald Secret), Aphmau wanted to learn Healing Magic from Lucinda that Lucinda didn't even know much about, but at the end of Aphmau's year it shows that somehow Aphmau was still able to learn.

Her Room

Aphmau's room contains a neon magenta double bed with white sheets in the far-right corner, near the 3x3 window with lavender lanterns. Next to her bed, she has a poster with a picture of Levi, a character from the anime Attack on Titan (also known as Shingeki no Kyojin) and a dresser. In the bottom right corner, there is a door leading to a big bathroom/restroom. Then she has her Gravity Falls poster and another AOT poster on the wall. On the left side of the room, there is one door leading outside of her room, a Steven Universe poster and another door for her closet. However, this room is blown up along with the rest of the neighborhood at the start of The Bigger Move.

Trivia

• in a 2013 interview, Jess says she got her username "Aphmau" from 2002 MMORPG Final Fantasy XI, and she often uses the last name "Shalashaska", the alias Revolver Ocelot from the Metal Gear Solid franchise uses. This does not necessarily mean Aphmau from MyStreet's last name is Shalashaska, as Jess was likely referring to her Final Fantasy XIV avatar, which requires a surname for the player's character.
• Aphmau's favorite fictional character (also known as her "senpai") is Levi from Attack on Titan.
• She has tryptophobia. (Fear of arranged or randomized holes)
• She really loves cats, babies, and the color purple.
• When Aphmau and Travis met in MyStreet, it was implied that they had never met before, although it is shown in Phoenix Drop High that they went to high school together. They were actually best friends during their freshman year, confiding in each other from day one as "Not-Alone-Buddies."
  • It's likely that this was a small detail forgotten when planning out PDH, since season one of MyStreet was up and running before the idea of PDH ever came into play.
  • Starting in MyStreet season 2, Travis is referred to as Aphmau's Not-Alone-Buddy multiple times, confirming their PDH relationship.
• MyStreet Aphmau's Wattpad username is Empress_Aphmau. This is also Jess' real-life Wattpad account.
• According to Pixel Painters, her favorite sweets are cupcakes, which are also Zane's.
• Overall, her favorite food is chocolate-covered strawberries.
• Both Aphmau and Zane tend to call things with an ending of "thing". For example: "girl-woman-thing" from Zane and "you-being-an-Internet-sensation thing."
• Aphmau currently has the most outfits in the series, followed by Zane. In FCU, it shows she has lots of clothes that are different colored but she never wears them.
• She is a fan of a variety of anime, from Attack on Titan to Sailor Moon to Fairy Tail, and more. She is also very fond of western cartoons, such as Gravity Falls and Steven Universe. She's also a fan of My Little Horsies, an in-universe version of My Little Ponies: Friendship is Magic.
• Aphmau's clothing color of choice seems heavily influenced by Jess's favorite colors throughout her life. In her Q&A video, Jess mentioned that she dyed her hair red in high school, but if she were to dye it now it would be purple - she says that she dyed her hair red before she "discovered" purple. This lines up with the colors of Aphmau's clothes in Phoenix Drop High, where she primarily wore red, and later changing to purple in MyStreet.
• When she was a little child, she would always look out for Zane.
• She and Zane share a passion for collecting My Little Horsies collectibles, and compete with having the larger collection.
• As a child, her favorite plush toy was a stuffed cat. This is most likely the root of her obsession with felines.
• Despite having a cat in real life, she owns a dog named Celestia, Celeste for short in the series.
  • Her real-life counterpart now has a dog after Johnny ran away.
• In MyStreet, both Aphmau and her mother are Hispanic and fluent in Spanish. Jess tweeted out a long time ago that she is Mexican and how it felt to be the only Mexican in the room when "Feliz Navidad" plays.
• As stated by Eric, Aphmau and Katelyn could have been sisters, due to his having dated Aphmau's mother in high school.
• As the central character, she has appeared in almost every episode of MyStreet and its spin-off series.
• In "Aaron's Friend", every werewolf in her school considers her to be the Alpha Female since she is marked by scent to Aaron, who became Alpha when he stood up to Balto, demoting him from his position.
• Aphmau does not know how to swim, as her mother never taught her nor did they have money for lessons. It didn't help that her mom scared her about sharks. Aphmau is very embarrassed at the fact that she cannot swim, keeping this a secret from everyone but Zane in order to preserve her integrity. It wasn't until she was in danger of drowning in the ocean in "Aphmau in Trouble" that Zane informs the others of her secret.
  • She is later seen being taught how to swim by Aaron. She doesn't actually swim by herself until two years later, at Starlight.
• It's heavily implied by Wonderland Dante ("Aphmau In Wonderland") that Aphmau deliberately does not pay attention in Werewolf Class just so Aaron can help her catch up and spend time together.
• Her favorite character in Undertale is Papyrus.
  • She shares this with Katelyn and Travis.
• Her favorite Pokémon is Vaporeon, Jess' real-life favorite.
• It was mentioned in the MyStreet episode "Don't Tell Mama!" that Aphmau previously had a boyfriend in high school before Aaron. In "I Love You Aaron", it is stated that Sylvanna thought that Ein and Aphmau were dating.
  • It is revealed in PDH (season 2, episode 26) that Ein lied to Sylvanna and everyone at the school by telling them that they were dating, even though they weren't, just so he could gain more control and eventually make Aphmau's role as the Alpha female worthless.
• It was revealed that at one point she had a crush on Zane.
• As of Aphmau's Year, she now knows magicks, specifically healing magicks.
  • This is a reference to her Diaries counterpart, who also knew healing magicks.

  • Aphmau is a decent cook when she cooks things that she knows how to make well, she just isn't good at cooking when she makes up recipes herself and experiments with her cooking.
• Aaron said in the episode "We're Engaged!" that Aphmau's ear and tail tips were white. Zack's ears and tail had white tips and spots. It can be assumed that Aphmau did in fact have Zack's genes and were only dormant until Aaron converted her.
• At least during the start of college, Aphmau had a fear of needles and piercings. She didn't even have her ears pierced.
• Aphmau exhibits a psychological need to be liked by everyone, as evidenced by her sensitivity to the rumors about her in Falcon Claw University. She falls into a deep depression over the course of the series, going so far as to hide her appearance with hoods while in public.
• During her teen and early adult years, Aphmau hated coffee, especially when her mother introduced it to her. Athough, this was challenged by Luka by giving her sweeter drinks such as lattés and frappés. She eventually came to like sweeter coffee drinks, even though she was a tsundere about it before Luka got a confession out of her. This is ironic since Jess in real life loves coffee.
  • It was stated by Jason in a stream that Jess doesn't even drink her coffee and she only pretends to like it.
• As of MyStreet: Love~Love Paradise onwards, Jess's Minecraft model is custom-made to be shorter than everyone else, as she is shorter in real life.
• The game that she and Aaron met/played together in was modeled off of Final Fantasy XIV, going so far as to use footage from the game for in-universe gameplay during Falcon Claw University. Aphmau - whose gamer tag was Shu - played a healer to support Aaron's - FC's - tank character during difficult content.
  • This is mirrored in their real-life roles, as Aphmau has a caring, motherly nature toward her friends, while Aaron tends to be the one to step in and take the brunt of difficult situations.
• It's confirmed that Aphmau is able to wield relics just like Irene and the Demon Warlock.
• Although Aphmau still has tiny ears and a curled tail, Garroth has fully transformed into a werewolf.
  • This may be because Aphmau was turned by a bite, and Garroth was turned by Aaron's eyes.
    • It is quite possible that as of "Reborn" she is now a full-blooded Angel Irene with the power to wield relics instead of a being a human or a werewolf, yet this would conflict with her telling Renee that she was "allergic" to chocolate in Her Wish.

• It has been implied that Katelyn and Aphmau have kissed, and possibly dated for a short period of time. This implies Aphmau may be LGBTQ+, although this isn't confirmed.
• In release date order, Aphmau is the first MyStreet character to actually kill someone, even though her mind wasn't her own and the person she killed ended up getting revived by the following episode.
